　　In the early morning of September 3, Beijing time, Twitter asked a judge to order Musk to hand over all his text messages in the first six months of 2022, saying that Musk did not cooperate with the exchange of evidence in the lawsuit over his $44 billion acquisition offer.

　　Twitter filed the proposed order in a Delaware court filing on Friday that was attached to a sealed sanction request against Musk and his lawyers. Twitter wants the Delaware justices to order Musk and his aide Jared Birchall to produce all of their text messages from Jan. 1 to July 8, according to court documents. Eric Herman, a spokesman for Musk's lawyers, did not respond to requests for comment.
