In this round of recruitment, meituan will open more than 60 positions in 8 major types, including technology, retail, products, operations, design, business analysis, market functions, sales, etc. the working places cover Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Chengdu, Xiamen and other cities, and provide students with free choices.

It is reported that meituan has regarded the introduction and training of school recruitment talents as one of the core supports of enterprise development since its inception, and has long been committed to creating a customized training mechanism and stable growth channel for school enrollment. Meituan data shows that nearly 50% of the post-95 technology managers of the company are school admissions.

"Better U" growth plan helps continuous promotion

From the start-up company that initially provided group purchase business to the large-scale enterprise that now serves the national "food, clothing, housing and transportation", school enrollment has always been the backbone of the development of meituan.
