 AppleThe company named new leaders for some of its businesses, and now has a new vice president for maps, services and chips.

  Apple adjusts its list of vice presidents every fall, usually based on its regular performance reviews of its employees during the season. This position is two levels below a C-level executive and is one of the highest-level positions an employee can achieve within Apple.

In addition to the roughly 100 vice presidents among its 160,000 employees, Apple has now  reportedly picked four more people to become vice presidents across three areas of the company.

  Max Muller has been with Apple for 20 years and has been on the Apple Maps team for quite some time, now as vice president overseeing the entire map business, which includes things like Find My, and other services involving location detection and navigation.

  Charlie Zhai and Fabian Klass, who have experience working with Apple chips, are now vice president-level executives in Silicon's chip business, which is run by Johny Thrudge. Srouji) leads management.

  Finally, Payam Mirrashidi has become the VP of Engineering for Services, reporting to Eddy Cue.
