On August 28, according to a report by Japanese website Mac Otakara, the so-called Apple Watch Pro extreme sports watch will use a larger 47mm case. By comparison, the Apple Watch Series 7 comes in 41mm and 45mm sizes.

If the Apple Watch Pro had a 47mm case, it might measure 1.99 inches diagonally.

Citing information obtained from "reliable sources," the report also claims that the Apple Watch Pro will feature a completely flat display, while the edges of the existing Apple Watch display are slightly curved.

The flat design could improve the Apple Watch Pro's durability, and Bloomberg's Mark Gurman reports that the Apple Watch Pro will be a "rugged" model designed for high-intensity activities like hiking and extreme sports.

Other expected features of the Apple Watch Pro include a titanium case, longer battery life, extended low-power modes, an S8 chip, and more.

IT House has learned that Apple is expected to launch two Apple Watch Series 8, iPhone 14/Pro series, and a new Apple Watch Pro at a press conference in the early morning of September 8, Beijing time. Pricing for these products is not yet known, but the titanium Apple Watch currently starts at $799 in the US, so expect the Apple Watch Pro to start around $799 to $999.
