　　 on Tuesday local time, the co-founder of social media company Twitter Jack Dorsey (Jack Dorsey) will sue his old friend Elon over Twitter, according to court documents. Elon Musk's case under oath.

　　Dorsey, who stepped down as CEO of Twitter last year, has been an active supporter of Musk's $44 billion takeover of the company, which Twitter is suing. Although Dorsey was subpoenaed by Musk last month, he will be questioned by lawyers for both parties via Zoom on Tuesday morning.

　　Musk withdrew his takeover proposal in July, accusing Twitter of not honoring its contract with him and failing to provide information to gauge the popularity of bots on the social media platform. Since then, dozens of people, banks and funds have received subpoenas in the legal battle unfolding in Delaware. Following an effort to gather information and interview key figures in the deal, the trial has been sped up and is set to begin on October 17 and run for five days.
