Germany's Federal Court of Justice (Federal Court of Justice) rejected a complaint against Tesla, which means the company can continue to mention its Driver assistance systems and autonomous driving capabilities.

The complaint, filed by Wettbewerbszentrale, an industry group concerned with anti-competitive behavior, was dismissed on July 28, according to a spokesman for Germany's Federal Supreme Court, effectively allowing Tesla Its German advertising materials continue to use phrases such as "realizing the full potential of autonomous driving" and "including Autopilot features".

The news was first reported by German industry publication Teslamag earlier this week.

Wettbewerbszentrale's complaint is in response to a decision by the Munich Higher Regional Court in October 2021, which affirmed Tesla's appeal against a lower regional court's previous ruling barring it from using the phrase.

Earlier this month, California's traffic regulator also filed allegations that Tesla falsely advertised its "Autopilot" and "Full Self-Driving" features that it could provide Automatic vehicle control function.
