Netflix officially launched its gaming business last year, allowing users to play their own games on mobile devices. However, for Netflix's game business, users do not seem to be selling very much, because data shows that less than 1% of Netflix users play Netflix games every day.

According to data from Apptopia, an app analysis company, the mobile games launched by Netflix have been downloaded 23.3 million times in total, and the average daily user is 1.7 million. This number may not seem like a lot, but in Netflix's 221 million subscribers, 1.7 million can be regarded as a pitiful little, not even 1%.

Competitive pressure on Netflix recently can be said to be very strong. Among the many streaming service providers, Netflix lost 200,000 subscribers in the first quarter of this year, and lost even more in the second quarter, losing 1 million subscribers. This is also the first time Netflix has lost subscribers in nearly 10 years.

In November of last year, Netflix's lineup of games for the first time was actually a bit small, with only six games. After more than half a year of expansion, the number of games has increased to more than 10. Netflix also plans to increase the number of games to about 50 by the end of this year, including some of Netflix's popular film and television works adapted games.

Netflix's attitude towards the gaming business is also a bit confusing. They've spent huge sums of money to acquire game studios and are open to licensing IP to third-party studios, but Netflix's performance in games so far has left many people feeling like they're still at the stage of feeling the stones. When someone mentions Netflix, people usually don't think of their games first
